DLove Design and Photography studio, is a portrait studio specialising in family, professional and corporate portraiture. After nearly 25 years in photography, in 2016 we expanded our work and undertook a number of projects based within charities. It started with being commissioned to take their celebrity images for their national campaign, moved on to me spending time within the charity, with their staff and those that they work with, taking photos of their day to day activities in order to showcase the great work the charity is doing, to creating a bespoke photography course for the men and women that they support, who have all been victims of modern slavery.

The first year of the course yielded a 5 day photography exhibition for my students in Bermondsey, London based newspaper coverage and with one of the students even being interviewed on Sky News. We’re in the midst of the second cycle, and this time the students will be showcasing their work in a public exhibition in London Bridge Station.

Our photography courses will…

Bring us together, reducing isolation and enable us to celebrate and explore our creative sides .
Enable all attendees to feel more confident using their camera, exploring both the creative and commercial side of photography.
Ultimately we enable our course attendees to unleash and begin to harness all that photography has to offer.

Better to your company or organisation

Our single day course is great for a team building, it’s fun, filled with creative and adaptable to meet the needs of the attendees.
Our longer 6, 8 or 10 week courses can be adapted to meet additional organisational needs; for example your employees are best placed to give you great photographs that showcase the day to day workings of your company, that can be used on your website or in any company publications.
We have an additional course, ‘Sharing photos safely online’, that can be added to any of our longer courses or as an individual course.
